WRN (The Women Returners' Network) in association with the Grow Trust is the national charity which helps women return to work after a career break.

For nearly 20 years we have been helping women back to work. It is a new charity trying to inspire new impetus in the areas of human resources and work-life balance. The Grow Trust hopes to add value to the partnership through fresh ideas and a new outlook.

In our work with employers we look at ways of attracting and maintaining women returners', offer information, advice and consultancy on innovative approaches which will benefit employers.
