Partners: UK, Ireland, Spain, and France

The project seeks to adapt and transfer a computerised product, GROW (Greater Opportunities for Working) to Ireland, Spain and France. GROW provides a useful resource for employers and individuals in the area of family friendly policies and in accessing vocational training and job opportunities generally and was first developed under the Leonardo da Vinci 1995 programme. The successful transfer of GROW will enable the partners to improve the quality and accessibility of their vocational training systems. GROW will also provide a tool to raise the level of awareness of actual or potential Family Friendly Policies available from local employers. Other benefits should include encouraging the mainstreaming of equal opportunities in each member state and improving the access for disadvantaged groups to information on a wide range of employability services and networks.
