Global Grants guidance

ESF Global Grants programmes provide funding to community organisations that would not otherwise be able to participate in ESF. The grants are awarded to support local initiatives to help people move closer to the labour market. The grant programmes are run by organisations called 'intermediary bodies'.

The guidance for Global Grants intermediary bodies has recently been revised to take into account findings from an evaluation of Global Grants and comments from Government Offices and intermediary bodies. The latest guidance (version 3) now includes more information about the tendering process and audit requirements, as well as providing case studies of Global Grants' activities.

Government Offices are making the guidance available to existing intermediary bodies, and to roganisation that express an interest in becoming an intermediary body.
